The Christmas market in Rheden yesterday on 20 December was a resounding success! Not only by ourselves but also the organizers spoke of a wonderful Christmas this successful day.
And not least because there is a record amount of no less than 7108 euros was collected! This amount is fully paid to the school of foundation Salek.
After the official opening of the Christmas, flocked at 10:00 am inside. Some had been around 9:00 at the door waiting. 
In no time the church was filled with friendly people and cozy while enjoying Christmas music, Christmas cakes and coffee for lovers of delicious mulled wine, the various stalls in rapidly empty purchased.
There was plenty to find, beautiful handmade jewelry, handicrafts, honey, candles, toys, jams and Christmas pieces, something for everyone. Lots of items such as materials for the Christmas pieces, coffee, tea and cakes were sponsored by local businesses and supermarkets.
There were no less than 3 krentewegges lotteries with a GPS hike and a beautiful handmade rug as a prize.
