"Charity discovered mobile donation" was the headline today on NU.nl and include some national newspapers. Well, if so, then walk on that charity a while back. Our module GeefGratis has been a long time an option to use 0900-HELPONS to 1.30 euros to donate to a charity.
What they meant is that the VFI in conjunction with some mobile operators have made special price arrangements. A quote from Nu.nl:
